T. Rowe Price Upgrades to Latest Version of DeskNet's ContentWelder™ Software for Enterprise Customer Communications
Global investment management firm expands its 9-year relationship with DeskNet Inc.; upgrade will speed the production of client reports for institutional and HNW investors
JERSEY CITY, NJ – June 18, 2007 – DeskNet Inc., a leading provider of enterprise customer communications software, today announced that T. Rowe Price, a global investment management organization, is implementing the latest version of DeskNet's award-winning ContentWelder. T. Rowe Price provides a broad array of mutual funds, sub-advisory services, and separate account management for individual and institutional investors, retirement plans, and financial intermediaries. The company utilizes DeskNet's ContentWelder platform to automate the creation of client reports and other materials enterprise-wide.
T. Rowe Price, a DeskNet customer since 1998, relies on ContentWelder as a global enterprise communications platform for the firm's Institutional, Retail and Retirement Services business units. Using ContentWelder, T. Rowe Price has automated the production of client reports for institutional and high net-worth (HNW) investors, as well as other customer-facing communications. The newest version of ContentWelder is engineered to greatly enhance throughput, scalability and ease of customization for T. Rowe Price in the production of its time-sensitive and often complex materials.
